Our Story
Too Much Tech was founded by serial entrepreneur Rik Visser and experienced executive Paul Visser with the goal of helping business leaders avoid many of the mistakes that they have made.
Rik and Paul have over 20 years of experience in innovative sectors such as shared mobility, professional sports, film production and coworking. What they found is that every time they talked about their challenges with other leaders, there was a sense of recognition... even repetition. Too many leaders - Rik and Paul included - waste too much time reinventing the wheel. We founded TMT. to help leaders learn from other people's mistakes.
We recognize that leaders often attemp technological fixes to human problems. It is easy to buy into the hype and belief that an app or innovative organizational structure will solve all your problems. It is much more difficult to focus on the right things at the right time - your strategic priorities and your people. We help you do that.
