In this workshop start building your innovation strategy. First, we establish the primary goals for your organization. Together, we then use the TMT Innovation Framework to discover tactics that you can pursue. For this we use our TMT database with over 500 tactics. These include very technical AI-based tacts, but also many non-technical organizational and people-driven tactics. A large part of this session is devoted to showing you how other organizations have solved problems similar to yours.

In this follow-up workshop we take a deep dive into the TMT Innovation Model, specifically focused on creating an AI Innovation strategy for your firm, resulting in a few Golden Opportunities to focus on. The goal is to find innovations that are both highly impactful and feasible at this time (GO! opportunities), less impactful easy innovations (solid steps) and identify long term futuristic goals to work towards. We also spend some time working with ChatGPT and the TMT. Tactic Finder, so you can continue your innovation strategy development on your own time after the workshop.
